Generate information on the daily progress of the project such as the weather, the materials currently used, the incidents encountered, a brief update on the timing (delay or progress on certain points). It will be possible to add photos and descriptions to illustrate and enrich the form.
The signature of the site manager is required at the end to close, thus allowing the project to be monitored day after day by both teams, in the field, and in the office.
Example: 聽This form is filled in every day and on a rainy day, 聽the site manager would complete the site diary form, describing the time and impact that this will have on the tasks planned, and which ones cannot be carried out. He will sign at the end and the information will be processed this way.
